"Fast delivery, though I’m still a bit wary"
I ordered a camera lens and it showed up way sooner than I thought it would. It was packed properly and everything seemed fine, so no complaints on the delivery side. That said, I’ve had enough online orders go sideways lately that it’s hard to fully trust the process anymore, but this one at least went smoothly.

I wasn’t totally sure which lens I should go for, so I asked Harrison Cameras for a bit of advice. They explained everything in plain English, which I really appreciated, and they didn’t try to steer me toward the most expensive option. I ordered from harrisoncameras.co.uk and, in my head, I sort of assumed “order confirmed = it’ll be moving quickly,” but that wasn’t quite the case. The order went through without any issues, but processing felt a bit slow and I didn’t get much info early on, so I ended up checking back myself. It did arrive in the end and everything was fine, so no major complaints. Just one of those experiences where you’re using the updates as a shortcut to know everything’s on track, and there weren’t quite enough of them. Not terrible at all, just could be a bit smoother.

"Pretty decent in the end"
I’ve used Harrison Cameras a couple of times now, and I have to admit they’ve been really solid. I’m usually a bit wary ordering camera gear online, especially from places I haven’t used much, but the prices were fair, the updates came through when they should, and everything arrived exactly as described. I had a quick question before buying too, and they replied without making it complicated. It actually feels like a proper camera shop rather than some random website you regret trusting after checkout. I wasn’t expecting to be that impressed, but yeah, I’d use them again.

The box was actually solid for once, which shouldn’t feel like such a big win, but here we are. The camera showed up safe with no dents or damage, and I didn’t have to play the usual guessing game of whether my order survived the trip. So yeah, credit where it’s due, the packaging did its job

The staff definitely knew their cameras, so that was a plus. I just felt a bit rushed the whole time, and a few of my questions got brushed over like I was interrupting a race. Super fun when you’re trying to make an informed purchase, obviously.

"Helpful Staff and a Fair Deal"
I stopped in to check out a used lens, and the whole experience was really straightforward. The staff were friendly and helpful without hovering or trying to push me into buying anything, which I appreciated. They let me take my time looking it over and answered the questions I had. The price seemed fair too, that’s all you can really ask for. Easy experience, and I’d definitely go back.

I was looking around for a lens and noticed Harrison Cameras had it a bit cheaper than the usual places I check. It wasn’t a huge saving, but it was enough to make me go with them. I liked that the price was really clear from the start, and when I got to checkout there weren’t any odd little fees or delivery costs suddenly appearing, which I always look out for. The whole thing felt straightforward, and I’d definitely check them again next time I need camera gear.

I might just be overthinking it, but I felt like the specs were a bit vague. I had to read through them a couple of times and still wasn’t totally sure about a few details. Maybe it makes sense to others, but I think a little more clarity would make the experience much better.

"Finally, a return that didn’t turn into a nightmare"
I managed to order the wrong camera bag, which is exactly the kind of thing that always seems to happen to me. I sent it back expecting the usual long wait and probably having to chase someone for my refund, but to my surprise Harrison Cameras sorted it really quickly. The money was back in my account within a couple of days, with no hassle at all. i was bracing myself for a problem, so it was a relief that it all went smoothly.

"I ordered while I was having…"
I ordered while I was having a cup of tea and half-watching something on TV, so I really didn’t want a complicated checkout process. Thankfully it was really simple, no messing about at all. The pages loaded fine, the payment went through first time, and the order confirmation email came through straight away. All good from me.
